Tickets may be purchased online, by phone, or in person at the High Point Theatre Box Office or at City Hall at the Mall.

Telephone Ticket Sales
Tickets may be purchased by phone at 336-887-3001, Monday through Friday, from Noon to 5 PM. Tickets will be mailed until 7 business days prior to the show. After that time all tickets will be held at the Theatre for pick-up at the Will Call line.
In Person Ticket Sales
Tickets may be purchased in person from:
High Point Theatre Box Office - open Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM, and one hour prior to performance for at-door sales (for that performance ONLY). The Box Office is located within the Theatre at 220 E. Commerce Avenue, High Point.
City Hall at the Mall - open Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM & 3:00 to 6:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is located in Oak Hollow Mall at 921 Eastchester Drive, High Point.
General Ticket Information
- Be sure to check your tickets to confirm the performance date, time & location.
- The High Point Theatre Box Office includes a $1.00 handling fee in the price of each ticket.
- All sales are final. The High Point Theatre Box Office is not able to exchange tickets or issue refunds.
- All shows are reserved seating unless advertised as general admission.
- All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket in order to enter the Theatre.
- The Box Office honors Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards.
