Booking Your Event
It is recommended that you begin planning your event at the High Point Theatre at least six months in advance for auditorium bookings and three months in advance for meeting room bookings. Please inquire regarding availability early, as events are often booked 9 - 12 months in advance.
We do not book events less than 60 days from the event.
Once your inquiry is received, you will be contacted as to facility availability and to verify your interest. At this time a rough rental estimate may be offered and deposit will be required to hold your booking. We cannot hold dates without a deposit. Formal contracts and prepaid rental fees will follow approximately 60 days prior to the event for auditorium bookings and 30 days prior to the event for meeting room bookings.
